About Catherine Storm

All Time for Bubbles events are presented in association with Catherine Storm Millinery.

 

Catherine began her millinery journey while living in Europe and is known for her quality craftsmanship and elegant, timeless designs.

She is a consistent Top 10 finalist in both:

• Millinery Australia’s Design Award

• Melbourne Cup Fashions on the Field Lillian Frank AM MBE Millinery Award

Catherine runs her own label, Catherine Storm Millinery and won a 2025 Hobsons Bay Business Excellence Award.

 

Alongside her creative work, Catherine has 20+ years in event management across major organisations in Australia and overseas, including Heineken, Toyota and Royal Bank of Scotland. She has delivered events ranging from intimate private gatherings to major large-scale activations for thousands.

Her attention to detail shows in both her millinery and her workshops: each event is well-planned, smoothly executed and a lot of fun.

The name Time for Bubbles is the original millinery label established by Catherine in her early millinery days living on Scotland Street in Edinburgh.  It reflects the joy, celebration and creativity that often accompany the wearing of millinery.
